See, I had to stop and ask myself the 5 W's cuz Tay Tay was Confused.
This atrocity can be 1 of 3 things: Ash, baby powder, or a result from her gastric bypass weight loss. I was all about Star until she pulled this one. We know every woman has their Freakum dress in da back of da closet, but Star, maybe yours should stay IN THE BACK OF THE CLOSET.

How could Al allow Star to walk out looking like this? What the hell is that on her chest? If it is body makeup, it did not blend. Damn Star. The mini doesn't flatter her at all. She is not ready for that. A mess once again.

It's makeup to cover her stretchmarks on her breast and her inner arms. She obviously is not using a stylist....or he/she needs to be fired!
