NEW CIARA VIDEO: PROMISE

This picture was taken at Ciara's 21st bday party yesterday, and her new single "Promise" dropped as well. Ciara is lookin' fierce in the video, she has really matured and she's on to bigger things. The song is very emotional...makes me think about my new found relationship :)
